When you retire from the county, you should never really have to ask questions. They should be leading you through the process. Informing you of the forms, the timelines for payouts, and any other thing you might need. This didn’t happen at all. I had to research, make calls and send emails. Then there were mistakes on their part. What a miserable experience... so stressful! Apparently that’s how they treat their retirees. How very disrespectful!

At first they didn't have a wheelchair access for me to get in everybody passed me by then it was a crowd there was no social distancing then when I got upstairs I told her what I need and she said maybe you'll receive it in the mail when I said what would you mean she said I don't know they have an attitude problem there the security guards were a pleasant they only doing their job they only have what they could work with we don't need what they have other than all and all I got what I needed and now I'm going to wait and see if I receive my card in the mail I don't know
