Been here 2 times in a row within 3 days just to be met with rudeness from dr Soto. He seemed to have his ego hurt that I came back and needed more than what he originally prescribed to me. I will not be going back here even though it is the closest we to where I live. He got me what I needed but only after I had to come back after educating myself online about my coindition . All the other staff here are nice and accommodating, I’ve been going here for years whenever I have an emergency that needs treated fast but this has been my worst experience to date. The wait is always really long, and they have never told me that my insurance didn’t go through so I could fix it, I only knew when I got the thousands of dollars billed to me. It seems that dr Soto doesn’t know what he’s talking about half of the time, and was just giving me what I wanted to shut me up. His attitude was horrible, shrugging and getting upset when I couldn’t hear him. WHICH WAS THE REASON I WAS THERE (hearing loss and ear infection)

This place was the worst experience the lady with the mole on her nose 👃(old Asian lady) does not know what she is doing disregard the long wait of just being asked if weve been seen or had any test ran for over 2 hours by the same lady she cut my wife’s vein attempting to draw blood 🩸 as if she doesn’t do this 1000 times a day and try’s to argue with me how it was an accident her ” hand slipped “ and proceeded to say that she wasn’t going to argue with me over her horrible job accident. I know accidents happen but not at this rate one after the other. Accidents when my wife is going to possibly have surgery isn’t acceptable and can be fatal. Enter this ER at your own risk ⚠️ and if you get the lady with the mole on her nose 👃 run!!! Lady should be fired

Dr.Soto is the worst physician I have ever come into contact with. Terrible attitude, wants to be right when he is clearly in the wrong, doesn't want to give the prescription we needed, overall terrible experience and he should be fired, next time if I ever end up in that er I am immediately asking to see a supervisor and asking to report him.

Place sucks waited 3 hours just too leave. Tweaker walked in said his neck hurts and got seen mean while I've been waiting for about 3 hours to be seen yeah this isn't an emergency room it's a circus

Recently went back for a check up due to work and my primary doctor was closed. Staff and security was really nice. Admin helped me with any questions I had about filling paper work out. Security helped out as well cause I was getting called a names while I was waiting. They’re doing their job to help you, if it’s not up to your expectations go somewhere else. They’re doing the best they can do to help you if you don’t tell them the truth how can they help? They’re trained in things you don’t know. If you know better stay home and treat yourself.

Do not go to this place, it is better to go to an emergency room and wait 3 or 4 than to be in this place, it is horrible, dirty, the nurses are not professionals, I went for a pain in my abdomen and they were going to apply medicine to me by IV and when I asked what the medicine was for, the nurse did not know the name or what it was for and when she was trying to give me the medication she did it wrong, which caused a lot of bleeding from the vein and I decided to leave.

My primary care team advised me to go to the nearest ER to be evaluated just to make sure I wasn't having additional serious. The nurses and technicians were awesome.
But when Dr Kenneth Robert Johnson asked what brought me in, I explained, and I was very clear that I was not having an anxiety attack, I recently have had neurological symptoms and that I was told to get checked out by my care team. Dr Kenneth Robert Johnson did not pay any attention to what I said and gaslit me, suggesting that I was having anxiety.
I immediately asked for discharge paperwork. Don't waste your time with this guy, he does not care about you.
