Owner of this store needs to reconsider his employees and produce quality. How is this place still open with poor people skills and poor quality produce.

The young ladies are rude, don’t greet you when you walk in. The fruit/veggies have mold, shriveled and bad and they still sell the items as is. One of the young ladies named Cassandra got upset when I told her she miscounted my items. When asked for manager or supervisor she said they didn’t have one. When I asked her for her name she hesitated and the other young lady didn’t want to tell me. I had to ask four times before she stuttered to tell me. This store needs better customer service and the health dept. To over see this store. Not healthy for children or adults to be eating some of this food

Horrible experience every time. Need new staff immediately! Staff very unhelpful and rude. I thought this establishment is supposed to care about mothers and children especially if funded by the WIC. I only go there when I am extremely desperate to pick up my WIC products. But I will no longer be returning. Went today before they closed, the lights were still on I walked up to the store and the employee shook her head and said it was closed it was not even eight yet there was eight minutes left. I work also in Customer Service even when my hours are done if I ever seen a customer walk up especially a mother with a child I would never refuse service to them. This place doesn’t even deserve one star it deserves negative stars!!!

This location has awful customer service. I don't know what happen to this place but it didn't use to be like that. I'm 8 on a half months pregnant and had to carry my bags to the car no help lady just said thanks and went to the back. These locations usually help you carry your bags to the car. This location has been getting ruder and ruder employees and I usually drive to another location in Whittier because it has WAY better service than this one. Don't go here if you don't have to.

This review is for the store in LA HABRA

"Cashier" comes out from the back eating. Doesn't even say a word. Cold demeanor. Slamming the items I'm getting. Gives me a free gift of her choice and just puts it in the bag without even asking if I want what's she's putting in. I decline it and give it back. Doesn't give me a receipt. Just a rude bitter person. Not a good look for your store. I'll also be making a complaint to the manager and the local WIC office.

She's lucky I didn't feel like stooping to her level.

FYI the bitter bug is the lady with the very little blonde hair that’s slick back and fake lashes.

I love this place for convienience cuz it’s fast and easy to use your wic checks. But today my son (almost 3) being a toddler ran in , through the employees only area and I wasn’t going to just go through I simply tried to call my son to get him out and 2 employees just sitting their on their phones not caring as if no one was in the store.

All the Food is short coded..meaning short shelf life ..check your dates!!especially on Diary items..Also the produce is Horrible
