Very disorganized place. Completely dropped the ball on my case when Lucia moved to a “new position”. When I was told by her on March 24 my application was being revisited and she said just give her a week and she would let me know. Don’t even bother with this place. Would not trust them with my personal information again since It was traumatizing to share so much info just not to be helped. First case manager was great but the lack of coordination when she left is appalling. Been waiting since summer of last year but somehow not considered a priority when it was their people that left me behind. Wouldn’t be surprised if funds are being misused somehow, if this assistance is supposed to be going to people going through financial hardship for the ball to be dropped so easily, does not make sense. like others mentioned previously in other reviews. Highly amateur and unprofessional. Do not choose this agency if you have a choice

Very rude public service, Takiyah especially. SCAM organization. Does not use funding appropriately and abuses homeless at-risk persons.
