The Minot Commission on Aging Coffee Shop is a great place to have a nice breakfast or lunch. Stepping through the doors is like stepping into a by-gone era when food was reasonably priced and service was always with a smile. The food is delicious and is very economical.

The Parker is a great apartment building, has low income rent and rates. For a extra fee you can park inside a garage
