The Airman at the visitor center and the front gate are very polite and sweet. Visiting my Airman at this base was wonderful. God bless our military.

Staff are great but its not what we thought it would be as we were hoping that there would be some information on the base and service etc. We were visiting from Canada and just wanted to show the kids some information and glimpse of the base etc. But wasn't really a tourist place but the staff were at least friendly and actually spoke on how they wished they could show something to tourists or give stickers at least. Still was cool for the kids to see some of that up close.

The personal are very professional and worked quickly to issue our passes. The parking lot and the visitor center is small. We had to circle the parking lot twice waiting for a spot.

Going to the Visitor Center a few weeks back was very pleasant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. As we drove on the base it was very clean and each place we went (the Pride Building and the BX) we felt welcomed. Thanks for the all you all do.

Great place to deliver, too. My only complaint is the air-personel will say all your personal information in a crowded room full of people. On my last trip, they gave our full name, date of birth, ssn, and driver license number in this room full of people. This is identity theft waiting to happen. Come on, Minot AFB, get it together. This is easily fixed with enclosed separate areas for the air-personel and people attempting to come on base.

Airmen were very friendly. They have a very clean facility as well. We were here for my sister's retirement after 20 years. The biggest thing I recommend is if you are coming here for an event is that you come early. The process can take a little bit especially if there's a line ahead of you. But on the plus side they do have a TV in the lobby area and bathrooms available while you wait.

Always very pleasant and efficient when we need to get our visitor passes to visit our son and daughter-in-law on base. Love knowing security is strict let's me know my children are in a safer place then most.

Very thorough inspection/searches. A coworker had a very very small amount of marijuana in his belongings and found himself in handcuffs quickly. Don't even try to get anything past them. You won't.
