When you call the medical group during the business hours they specify they never answer the phone. And if you go there during your only hour on break which is around 12 then somebody will reluctantly help you and tell you that they are on lunch too. What if the only time i have with MY job is only during lunch? Also you wouldn’t know this until you physically go there because they don’t tell you on the phone. If you don’t have enough ppl then close it and specify on the phone or through email. Be helpful and be better.

I have never dealt this much unprofessionalism in my life! No one answers there phone you wait on hold for an hour just for no one to answer or you call It rings twice then goes silent. I have been trying to get records from immunization for months. If I could give zero stars … I would!

This is a scam smallest DO NOT RECOMMEND JUST WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME I called them 22 minutes ago and yet they lied again claiming they do not have what she needs of what's required on that paper and yet before you sign they promised to give you what you need but when trying to reach out to them on the phone or in person they don't give you what you need just a sample to shoe you out the door for next month to repeat the same mistakes and errors nothing has been fixed or resolved 😔 this is a disappointment 😥

Been trying to have my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy since I live off base and the pharmacy on base sucks. I’ve called multiple times a day for the past week and left voicemails and still no answer on the phone or a call back. I have until Sunday when my med runs out (like I said, I called since last week so I’m not waiting until last minute like some people do) so there should be NO problems at all to transfer my med to Keycare where my other meds are. Don’t have a phone if you’re not going to answer it.

Never have much of a wait when I've had an appt. My doctor is super nice and caring and listens to me. Pharmacy is a little annoying since you have to activate a prescription and then wait in line again to pick it up. But it is what it is. We get free medication, so I can't complain too much. I've had positive experiences with everyone I've ever come into contact with.

This is by far the worst clinic and pharmacy I have ever been too. I’ve been here for 7 months and have yet to be able to just call in a prescription and get it filled. They discontinued one of my prescriptions without notice and didn’t replace it with anything and it’s not been 3 days of back and forth trying to get it replace. Still no solutions. Was told each day someone will call me back even when talking to a live person and no one has. This is an issue that should have taken an hour at max, because I am currently out now for 3 days and no rush or care seems to be given.

The slowest and most non user friendly pharmacy that I’ve used. It’s better just to go to thrifty white downtown and pay the copays than have to deal with the ludicrous wait times of the on base pharmacy

This hospital is about 20 years behind in just about everything. Especially mental health. The only useful thing this hospital has ever done is given out referrals. It's appalling the way the way they're allowed to treat service members, but of all the af bases in the world, this one is by far the worst. And I think the sheer fact that everyone is mad about being assigned here makes it a few times worse. Of the doctors, we've had one good one for our kids, and I'd give Doctor robare from pediatrics 5 stars by herself. Hopefully, this base does not crush her soul like it has clearly done for so many of us stationed here. (Also, don't try to fool yourself with the mindset of "at least it's free medical care" because it's not. Check your LES, guys.)
