The staff here is very nice and helpful.
I’ve been a patient here for the past couple of years.

I’ve had several psychiatrists, and I have to say that DR Baldor is the absolute best. She really cares about her job and patients, is extremely compassionate, listens exceptionally well, and really has an awesome mind for what she does, including assessing patients and proper meds.
Her listening ear in the midst of the insanity of my mind is unsurpassed. I feel cared about as a person.
She doesn’t just show up to work, she shows up for her patients. Anyone that says otherwise, might just have more issues than I do, ha!
She’s awesome, and again, the staff is very helpful and kind, and actually calls you back. Highly recommended.

I received my appointment very quickly and I was able to express myself without judgement and she was understanding and able to give me more insight on my issues. She recommended therapy and didn't want to force medication on me. Overall I enjoyed the service I received from the receptionist/nurse and doctor.

It was a great meeting, after I felt much better, she layed out a plan of action that I felt was a good one. It wasn’t rushed and I was able to tell her all of my concerns.

Haley Horn is probably THE WORST mental health specialist i have ever met in my life. She is rude and arrogant. She managed to make me feel a lot worse than i was feeling when i went to see her. She should lose her license.
I believe she only cares for the patients like herself- white and privileged. Definitely won't be back.

I had my very first appointment yesterday, and I must say it’s one of my better experiences. I talked to P.A. Haley Horn. She was very patient with me, she got to know me and my issues. She was very knowledgeable of meds for me to take that would be non-addicting but helpful. Glad that I started my year off with Mindpath and Haley I’m looking forward to a better year than last year. With better mental health so that I can thrive.

I have been using Community Psychiatry/Mindpath for about three years now, and I'm not impressed with how I've been treated. My provider is always late to appointments and usually only spends ten or fewer minutes asking me basic questions like about how well I'm sleeping.

Less than three months ago, my husband died, and I ended up needing to move to a new county. I informed my provider right away and she didn't tell me that I'd be responsible for paying the $200+ bill. I still had the same coverage but had to transfer to a new county, which caused a lapse through no fault of my own since I had been calling these medical agencies almost daily to ensure that I was covered.

Now, I'm getting calls from a collection agency, which the agency denies having anything to do with. So not only does my husband die, I have to move, and my anxiety and grief are through the roof, but I'm now stressing about this cost of a medical bill that should have been covered, and told I didn't inform my provider within 15 days of the change, which is a lie, since I told her the day I saw her and was never informed I would have to pay. I even called the billing department to ask questions before I got a bill. I have been more diligent than most in this not easy time, and this is how they respond.

I realize that beggars can't be choosers and we poor folk should just be happy with what we get, but if you can find someone else who can treat you like a human being, with dignity, then avoid this agency!

I made an appt with Denine Baldor two months ago, received a confirmation email from Mindpath Health, completed all the new patient intake forms, and turns out the appointment never existed in the first place. The customer service you have to deal with is abysmal, you cannot reach anyone in the actual office, and they have the compassion of a Wells Fargo helpline.

I can’t speak to the quality of the doctors, but I didn’t think it was possible to have a more frustrating experience than Kaiser, but Mindpath found a way.

Do not recommend if you are in serious need of mental health services.
