Their management is a scam. I tried to sign up for the swim classes and after being not satisfied with their fee structure, I wanted to cancel them the same day, because they had already charged my card. So quick on charging the unwanted annual registration fee and the fee for the whole month in advance. They declined to cancel the service and refund the money and instead said, they will cancel after the following month. I'm surprised that they are withdrawing the money so rapidly and declining to cancel my request even if the request to sign up and cancel was sent on the same day. Very poor customer service, and slow in responding who are very quick in withdrawing the money from customer's account. I would never do business with such a company.

My son has been learning swimming for two years, and the facility has strict policies regarding missed classes due to injury or illness. If you miss a class, the $40 fee per session is non-refundable, as they do not offer make-up classes. Instead, they provide a coupon allowing you to use the pool with your child, which they consider a substitute for the missed session. While I understand the policy for semi-private or private lessons, where instructors are directly compensated, the same rule applies to group sessions, which also cost $40 per class. This policy feels unreasonable, as you lose your money if you can’t attend.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone due to their poor policies, unhelpful front office staff, and lack of proper management. You cannot speak directly to the manager and must email them for any concerns. After over two years with this facility, I am extremely disappointed with their service.

Cons: the place is old and not super well maintained. Paper towels and hand sanitizer sometimes left empty and not refilled. Walls are damaged and scuffed. AC is not that cool inside. You will see people working out on the gym equipment with their bare feet. The only staff that are present are a bunch of kids and customer service is pretty mediocre.

Pros: more affordable than other gyms; the place, while small has a variety of equipment.

My kid almost drown on the first day at this place. The coach can’t oversea all the kids inside the pool. We literally run inside the swimming pool and screamed to pull my kid up the water. She is super scare since then and doesn’t want to stay in water by herself anymore. No safety coach outside to support. On that day, another parent in my kid same class also experienced the same incident like us. The coach was super ignorant and didn’t even apologize or even understand the severity of the issue.
When asking to cancel the session with this school since we no longer feel safe to have our kids learned here, They refused to allow us cancel or refund us even though we was there for only one day. They didn’t even apologize for such incident. This place is a horrible place. You should never let your child learn here!!!!

Excellent well maintained large indoor pool which is kept at a very pleasant temperature. Staff are very nice to deal with. Locker rooms are clean and spacious. I just wish they would have earlier open swim times (starting at 6am). This way I can still swim and take the kids to school. Also please have open swim a bit earlier than 8pm. Other than that no complaints.

Avoid taking your children to this location.
Bad customer service kids working at the desk have no clue that the customer are standingin front waitingto be greeted as they are always busy on their cell phone, Not accommodating at all, too much chlorine in the pool for little kids. It seems like all they want is your money. I have enrolled my kids on different occasions because it's close to our home but will never return here again.

I sent my kids here primarily to learn to swim as they made little progress when they attended other swimming schools several years ago.
HereThe instructors have a lesson plan and the supervisor (not the instructor) evaluates the progress of the students at the end of the week. The method of their teaching is effective compared to other schools we’ve attended.
My kids progressed fast within 2 weeks compared to other 2 swim schools I sent them to for years. Price is also reasonable. I’m truly impressed how my kids have greatly improved in just 1-2 weeks
