My experience at Midtown Family Services was truly remarkable! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that I had all the resources I needed. The gentleman who does intake (forgot his name) Ray S. and the program director were especially supportive, providing me with a warm and welcoming environment. They even offered food and made sure I left with food for my family there was no limit!! I was struggling with the threat of eviction, but thanks to Ray's advocacy, my children and I were able to stay in our home. Midtown Family Services is a shining example of compassion and support in our community. Keep up the amazing work! May God bless you all tremendously!!

Wonderful services and staff! I appreciated their thoughtfulness as we discussed the support that I needed with housing. Definitely feel blessed to qualify for help. They also have a food pantry and other surprises that they offer during the year to help clients out.

I called midtown families services. On the 7/29/19 and ms Lydia. (Lidia) Answer. She was very. Kind and understanding and supportive she gave me the information and she was very prompt. And then I was forward. To Mauricio who was very compassionate and delightful to work with and very detailed. And work very swiftly and keep me inform every step of the way. I contacted Midtown Family Services with great fear of being evicted. With professional friendliness, patience & great knowledge Mauricio guided me through the steps that ultimately resulted in avoiding eviction with payment of Octobers rent.

I recently suffered a financial hardship and was in a tough situation regarding my rent and was desperately in need of help. I reached out to several different agencies with no luck until I reached out to Midtown Family Services. I spoke with Mauricio who immediately spoke to me with compassion and sincerity regarding my issue and he proceeded to walk me through the process. Because of his hard work, I was approved for funding and got all the help I needed plus more. Mauricio went beyond my expectations and reached out to my apartments on my behalf and when my apartments gave us the cold shoulder and refused to help or meet us half way, another Midtown Family Service member named Marty stepped in as well to further the process along and because of their hard work, determination and will to help, I am not homeless! My son and I did not have to move and it is all because of their kindness and sincere effort to help me. I truly appreciate and adore Midtown because they are genuine, down to earth people with good hearts!!

My family was in need of help with getting a rental deposit and was referred by a friend to Midtown Family Services. I called them and they told me all that I needed to provide them with, so I gathered it all together got an appointment and was seeing by Mauricio (who was extremely helpful & kind) at 10:30 and received a phone call the same day at 4 saying I was approved for the deposit! I am very grateful to Midtown Family Services and rate them 10 plus Stars ⭐️ 😃
