If I could get Zero stars on this I would, After months of dodging calls and avoiding us to CANCEL/CHANGE OUR POLICY (because they randomly upped the charge by $50 after the first 4 months). They finally gave us a run around of phone tag until we threatened them with the BBB THEN suddenly they can get it done Right Away! Amazing how the quote they gave us with progressive was almost 3x what we got going directly through Progressive. I couldnt imagine what it would be like if we had actually needed to file a claim on a totaled car. "Well get back with you, in...... the next 6 months or so... Hope you don't need a car in the mean time!" Mind you this was not some bare minimum policy, Full coverage with addons, and we went from 160 to 60 a month.. Go find your own quote.. Dont pay someone 3x the ACTUAL price to do it for you!

Still waiting for a refund for services not rendered, MONTHS LATER, Employee purposely sent to wrong address. Then tried to blame me for the bad review? these people are about to be audited by the Attorney General for illegal Activities related to insurance fraud.

I've been very happy with mid-ohio over the past 6 years. I would highly recommend giving them a call and atleast hearing what kind of quotes they can give you.

Uncle Jeff and Aunt Nelsie are amazing agents! They treat me like a customer and family, I mean I guess they have to because I am family, but if I wasn’t I know they would anyway because they’re great people! Everything is always explained well, even my stupid questions. This is the kind of agent that would drive to your house and save your dog from the flames before the fire department could even get their turnout gear on. Then he’d go back for your gecko!
