Their classes booking is a pain. They have very short seasons of 6 classes and 2 independent classes in-between seasons. We need to book these atleast 1 month ahead. Though that's the least of the problem, parents like me are spending an hour to figure out schedules and classes that have openings. All this effort is for 6 classes at a time. Is this worth the effort for 6 classes at a time, which they call a season?
The instructors are good and the quality of classes are good. My kids enjoy the classes. They need to tighten up the system/process.

Be aware! Someone took everything from my husband's wallet from a locked locker. Do not leave your valuables into lockers even with locks. They break the locks or have a way to reset codes.

Not a clean place. I don't think the surface of the pool or lockers are cleaned frequently. I have been swimming there for the last month, 3 days a week.

Great place for lap swimming. Clean, well organized. Staff are great. The only thing they need is a phone app for easy check in via their scanner. The key fob is good but a bit outdated tech. Other than that I highly recommend this pool

I've only been here for morning workout/swim sessions, so I can't comment on the recreational side of the pool. But every time I've come here I've enjoyed the workouts and the facilities. Everyone working here is friendly and helpful. The pool is great and the temporary dome that they use during the winter is a lifesaver for the early, chilly mornings.

Great facility. Friendly staff. COVID protocols balance safety and bring reasonable in my opinion. Tough to find lanes (especially lap outside of typical workday/school day hours).

Haven't had group swim lessons since COVID, which is a huge bummer in terms of availability and cost. Eg, all Instructional lanes are booked after school day hours, but only ~6 kids are in the pool at a given time.

Pointlessly overcomplicated time table, just leave one pool open and one for lanes?

Clean and convenient, good for swimming after work. Locker rooms are clean and showers are well maintained.

Lap swim is sometimes relegated to just two lanes on the weekdays, and it's salt water chlorination, instead of the traditional kind. Also, weekdays have a ton of lessons, and the kids tend to be very noisy.

Great kids program; our son worked his way up to butterfly. Consistently good instructors and responsive staff. The pool is warm, and covered during winter. The little shop is handy for buying swim gear and a snack.
