Great people..in and out fast

I just called the Fort Bragg office asking about services they offer for local patrons. I work at the local library and we have numerous people come to us with problems that we cannot solve. The woman on the phone said they only do CalFresh and Medicaid, and when I asked about other services she said they do some others, but wouldn't give me any information. When I asked if there was a county service that offered help to locals, she said Adult Services did and when I said the number on Google was the same as the number I just called she said it wasn't and then said I have another call bye-bye. And hung up. WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! Now I know why our county is doing so well.

I wasn't here.. My laptop was stolen and she was evidently on this path.. Thanks Rhonda.. SUDT is a good program.. the rest down the line are not cool.. do not ever ask CPS for help there, they steal babies..Fact!

Office is closed. It's ironic that the Safeway store across the street can be open with people working but government offices that are paid for by my taxes are closed and ALL of their people are being paid with all benefits included. Are they better than the clerks and cashiers at the grocery store? Oh wait, this is California.

Good place to get help at, bad place to depend on. They give themselves a long weekend by being closed on Fridays, which can put a dent on things for others who can't wait until next Monday.

The social services here are good. They try to help you anyway they can... Workers are fast and efficient. They do a wonderful job.
