Mendo Parks is a very important part of helping the parks in the Mendocino community. They help run the the State Parks visitor centers in Mac Kerricher, Van Damme, Ford House Center and the Elk Visitor Center and Museum. They staff, sell and explain things about the local area.

Cute little town out of a book. Maybe a little a little on the artsy snobby side, but fun to walk around.
