Deplorable! That’s the only word I can think of. It’s always filthy, no staff disgusting rooms, mice etc! 55 My mom went into the hospital Saturday severely dehydrated with a raging UTI, almost septic no one there knew it. Her room was 85°. She had a fever. We physically got her out of bed and took her to the ER. She was in the hospital for five days not one time,. Did anyone from that facility call and check on her. When I said we weren’t coming back they didn’t ask why, didn’t even ask if she was alive. I wanted to give -5 stars. Do not take your loved one there. FOUL!

Sorry, not sorry. NO STARS. This place needs to be shut down. Do not take your family member to this place. So many of her personal belongings have been stolen and not replaced, and we have replaced then stolen again. Its either too hot or cold, not to mention the facility is always dirty. The food, I mean I can go on and on. Either not giving meds when due, or over medicating "chemical restraint" of Ativan and the staff said "do we want her safe" There has been several complaints and reports made to the state as well. Its just too much to list, please your family member deserves better than this gross place.

Please take care of a new resident, she's 100 soon to be 101. Lived on her own until now, sweetest lady deserves loving care and compassion. I'll be in to see her and I hope you are treating her very well.

New administration, new Management. Daily activities, plus one on one activities. Live music and special gests for activities. Most of the employees seem happy to work there. Residents seem happy and have good relations with the staff. Is it perfect of course not. But I would say it is pretty good.

Went to see my uncle today, his room was freezing and he was laying in on pissy sheets. I got him up and changed, bed change. They are so under staffed. Can't wait to get him out this place. They need to do better.

Maywood Terrace has come along way in the last 10 years. The Administrator and her staff are very nice people, and they have a passion for the elderly. Much work has been done on the inside of the building. I have had multiple family members live at Maywood and where taken care of. Maywood Terrace has daily activities for the residents, and have gone as far as taken them to movies, Royals games, and restaurants. Multiple times a week they have church services. Every year Maywood Terrace staff host a block party for the residents and the community. Again, I say the staff and administrator have a passion for the elderly.

Maywood Terrace took care of both my grandmother, Ethel, and my father in law, Homer, at the end of their lives. My grandmother had nearly died from poor care at another facility, but the kind and considerate staff at Maywood Terrace slowly nursed her back to health. Homer also enjoyed their kindness in the closing weeks of his life.

My mom had a rod put in her back and was there for rehab. The rehab was great and the staff took great care of her. She had no complaints about maywood terrace.
