I’ve been coming here for a while. But recently(past 2 months) I’ve noticed they really marked their prices. For example a pottery cup or a small pitcher what used to cost me around $4-6 is now $16!! That’s an insane mark up! It was a tiny 4in tall pitcher. A cup is now $12. Not much of a help center.

I'm sure they help the community but I tried to make a donation at 210 and was told I can't leave 2 pieces of luggage because they are closed. I took them to Goodwill instead. I understand needing to give employees time to sort things but there needs to be some understanding when I've gone out of my way to try and make a simple donation

Always a positive experience. Staff is over the top friendly and I always find treasures. Great place to donate your used magazines and items as well! They run great promotional sales often!

Purchsed a vintage Dooney handbag online that was in perfect condition and looked never used. The purse itself was probably from the late 80s to early 90s and I've been looking for this specific brand for a while and it even had the registration card included! Thank you for a great experience and for all that you do in helping your local community.

Not really in the business to “help” anyone unless you’re part of a certain demographic or you’re already homeless. Called on August 12th and was abruptly advised to submit my application online before I could finish explaining my circumstances. My application was denied with an inaccurate generic email reply by Danielle Mattocks on Aug 14th and again today, Sep 3rd, possibly by the same person but removed their name from the signature, using the exact same generic email template. Very discouraging experience.
