Nice atmosphere, staff are friendly and helpful, check-out machine is new to me and i found it very easy to use! Lots of book choices! Comfortable seating to read to kids, nice play area for kids too!

Absolutely love coming here. Quiet, they've got great clubs and fun things going on all the time. The staff is helpful. My son loves the play area with legos and books. Computers always available.can pay fees online, or renew items online. Can't say enough!

They are the BEST library around! The staff is always willing to help without making you feel like you put them out. The staff in Elkhorn is so great that my daughter loved the library & wanted to be a librarian!

Be extra careful when returning items. Do not put in the outside box as I have repeatedly, may I repeat, repeatedly been fined for late charges that will not be repealed. Items of which were returned on time but not entered into the system in a timely manner. Items which if put in the box near a holiday or weekend are left for days and not marked as returned on time. The last time I placed 4 items in the box outside, ON TIME, and I was just informed I owed $5.00 in fines. What?!!! I now find that it was most likely the items I returned on Wednesday, during open hours, before Thanksgiving. So guess what, they left them there over the holiday weekend. I may as well have bought one of the books and had something to show for the $.

This library used to be my absolute favorite such friendly and awesome staff and I never had a movie or book or even came I couldn't find there now it's fun by rude incompetent people who constantly tell me I have overdue items until I go there and wait for an hour until they "magically" find the item I told them I turned in I highly recommend going to lake Geneva library scenic view by the water friendly and intelligent staff and no late fees ever but this library I will not be returning to

Staff is super helpful. I went in here to find information and the lady at the information desk was being helpful and friendly. She was able to find exactly what I was looking for, which was not easy. Lots of book options and a quiet place to relax and read. Good selection of books, newspapers, CDs, and movies.
