The Marshall Foundation is nothing more or less than a corrupt real estate corporation illegally posing as a charitable foundation. Jane McCollum is an un-compassionate, materialistic, and power-mad elitist woman who engages in aggravated stalking, harassment, and false reporting to police falsely claiming Trespassing charges against the needy and homeless people who go to and shop in Main Gate Square in Tucson in concert with Wild West Promotions' Security company owned by Mark Cohen. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against the Foundation and Wild West Promotions is pending.
