Average location. I have been here a few times, and it isn't my favorite choice of store . Each time I've gone, the cashiers have seemed to have a snobby energy towards them. My most recent visit, i chose to engage with bakery and deli. Bakery i had asked a question and was directed to someone who was more experienced in the bakery . When speaking to the deli, the girl I spoke with did her very best to answer all my questions as she was newer but did her best to learn . They had samples and the lady giving them was extremely friendly.

Large clean alternative (or additional option) to Natural Grocers, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s, though less well known. Excellent large glass jar of organic mayonnaise available at good price, especially now that TJ’s no longer has one and Whole Goods went to plastic jar. Easy parking also. Virtually at the U of Oregon campus.

Market of Choice is my go-to store because they’ve figured out the secret to grocery shopping: limit the “non-health food section” as much as possible. You know the one—where neon snacks and sugar-coated regret lurk. Thankfully, here it’s more of a footnote than a chapter.

Instead, Market of Choice is like a health food oasis. The produce practically glows, the kombucha flows, and even the snacks make you feel like you’ve got your life together. It's a clean store with lots of items bigger grocery chains lack. They have a great deli and bakery but with high quality comes at a high price. I would say this is a yuppie type store with somewhat stuck up shoppers. Their sushi is probably the best that you can find at a grocery store.
