Sounds like you have a bed bug infestation that you can't control. Not to mention basic maintenance items like door knobs! SHEESH
But back to the BEDBUGS (the very thought makes my skin crawl), today is Dec. 17 and I understand that they were confirmed-thru inspection-in the first week of November. That would be at LEAST-OMG- 43 days!!
Does the manager live in the "Manor" too!?! I'm guessing the answer is NO. And the residents-many of whom are elderly, disabled or handicapped-are supposed to turn all of their furniture upside-down and bag everything in plastic. With eight days till Christmas, it sure sounds like the poor residents are going to have the opposite of a MERRY holiday. Try "DISMAL" . . .with no end in sight. SHAMEFUL

Poorly run facility. Hot water has not worked in my brother's neighbors apartment for 6 months. Heat is sketchy at best and there is no qualified electrician to correct the problem.
Notices are left on the apartment doors which is useless since my brother is blind and has told them repeatedly they need to inform him of current events in person. Management is NEVER around and it is impossible to reach them.
