I am beyond grateful to have Mamas Friend expertise throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We utilized Mama’s Friend childbirth classes, doula services, and placenta encapsulation. The information taught by Angela and her team during childbirth classes was invaluable! After those classes, I felt equipped to make any decision necessary for myself, my baby and my birth. When it came time for baby’s grand entrance, Angela was extremely responsive. She arrived quickly and her presence was so calming/peaceful to have in my birth space. Mama’s Friend has created a safe place and community that truly care about you, even beyond pregnancy/birth. I cannot say enough good things about Mama’s Friend Birth services.

When we found out that we were having twins, we decided to do things differently because (to be honest) I was terrified of being bullied into a c-section as most twin mamas are. Thank goodness we found Mama’s Friend because our twin labor/delivery journey was everything I hoped and prayed for. Knowledge is power and Mama’s Friend will equip you with the knowledge you need to make confident decisions and the doulas will be there to support you every step of the way! Mama’s Friend will forever hold a special place in our hearts and played a very integral part in welcoming our twins into the world! I highly recommend taking the birth classes (this was my third pregnancy and it was still VERY informative). Matter of fact, I was determined to have an epidural mostly due to fear because I did not know anything about physiological labor and birth (despite having had 2 kids already). By the ends of the classes and after a lot of prayer/discernment, I was completely convinced that I wanted an all natural L&D and WE DID IT with twins!!! ?

OMG! Words cannot express how much I needed these services. All the mamas that had a hand not only in my pregnancy but my postpartum period as well…thank you sooo much. My experience was superb! If I could have put Angela and Kendra on my baby’s birth certificate and xxx out the doctor, I would have! Take the birthing classes with your significant other that they offer, doesn’t matter if it’s your first baby or fourth baby. Also, Angela took my placenta from the hospital and made me some placenta pills as well as a placenta tincture. They came in handy during postpartum. I’d tell everyone to use their services! 20/10 I highly recommend! Do not walk, ruuunnn!!! Thank you Angela and Kendra for your services! I will never ever forget you all! P.S. a hallway birth was not in the plan but God knew what was going on?

This group of amazing women NEVER left my side while I was in labor with my first born, heck they are even there months and months after! Angela & her team are in contact with you the whole pregnancy and are there to have your back no master what you choose. The education they give their mama's is unmatched & so so important! I wish that every single parent could take these classes so they can have the information to make educated decisions during their pregnancy.
An educated mama (and daddy) is an amazing thing to be, it changed mine & my husband's outlook on everything!

These women are incredible! They educate, encourage, and empower you through pregnancy and birth! I had an amazing experience with the birth of my fourth baby. With the education I received from Angela’s classes I was shocked at what little I actually knew about labor and birth! I am so grateful for these women! I was gifted an amazing birth that gave me so much healing from birth trauma in the past. Angela, Sadie, and Lindsey are super women! God gave these women awesome strength to pour onto mamas so that each mama can experience the birth they want! Amazing. Incredible. The list goes on! We were blessed beyond measure to have Angela attend our homebirth for our precious fifth child. My husband and I both really enjoyed the childbirth classes she offered. Having had 4 other children, we've been through classes before and none compared to the helpful insights we recieved during the Mama's Friends classes. I felt fully supported and prepared when labor finally came.

She was a true angel, helping us with anything we needed, including running back and forth from the kitchen helping my husband fill the pool with hot water. She knew exactly what I needed, even before I did.

Having her there helped ease any fears I might have had and she was a welcomed calming presence throughout my labor, delivery and postpartum. I am forever grateful for her and will be seeking her out again if we have another baby.

Having Mama’s friend as part of our birth team was the best thing we did. The classes were so educational to say the least and the support was 24/7. At 41 weeks and, no sign of labor, we found out I had low fluids and an induction was necessary. Having had a spinal fusion as a child, I was unable to have an epidural (which I didn’t want to start with) and labor was about 29 hours. Without Angela’s support and knowledge I honestly think we may have ended up having a c-section. She truly walked us through the whole thing and even stayed hours after to make sure we had everything we needed. But even more than this, Mama’s Friend is a community and family-like support that goes so far beyond labor and delivery.

Mama’s Friend is exactly who you want in your corner cheering you on and guiding you through pregnancy and postpartum! I sought out help from these amazing women during my second pregnancy with hopes of learning more about natural childbirth and how I could prepare my body for labor/unmedicated birth. I took their childbirth classes and learned sooo much helpful information that gave me the confidence I needed! I had Sadie right by my side throughout labor. She was kind and comforting and a solid sounding board for my husband and I as we welcomed our little boy. I felt educated, confident, and safe! When I found out I was pregnant with our third, I immediately contacted Angela and Sadie, knowing I wouldn’t want to do it without them! Couldn’t recommend Mamas Friend more.
