My child was born here. He was treated within minutes with a blood transfusion when the well-baby nurse rejected him and he ended up in the NICU. 2 months later, he was diagnosed with a rare congenital liver disease and he had his first major surgery. 3 months later, he was on the liver transplant list. 9 months later, he received a liver transplant.
