Do not bother with this place and if you do be ready for court, It seems the court system knows about their dishonesty, so if you do have some issues, appeal and you will win! Be sure to order a "Title" if you purchase. because they won't do so for you as they say they will, in hopes you forget so that they can easily kick you out of your home. Be sure to read about mobile home laws for your protection if moving here and expect trouble, as most have had with this park. It is rumored all over Lucerne and Nice how bad the managers do people, and then new managers take over but this place is investment owned. God Bless

Would just like to give out a big shout out to the new team at country club mobile home park. The new manager Kellen . And assistant manager Virginia. Are doing a fantastic job of keeping his place running smooth and keeping a tight ship. And to the maintenance crew Danny, and Anthony. You guys are on top of things. Great job guys. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Horrible place! Anyone would feel unsafe at this awful trailer park. No security, over-priced, constant burglaries, garbage everywhere, and tons of drug users and sellers. I won't even visit there, let alone live there. The cheapest motel would always be a better bet

Quiet and quaint place to live. It’s easy to walk around the park and see all the improvements that have been going on! Beverly is always very busy working but willing to make time and explain a lot about the park and where it’s headed. Everybody respects everyone’s privacy and belongings. It’s away from the highway and near the mountains. 5 mins away from the lake! I love it here!

This property was once called cottage city by the locals & warned to stay out of just 5 short years ago. The new management team has done wonders, & are still cleaning up / beautifying / and filling occupancy. In an end goal of maintaining a friendly,safe,family orrinated community. But as in most cases there has been resistance from some in this up and coming community. Sometimes it takes a big bang for anyone to truly open their eyes to positive changes, when they have been set in their old run down routines for so long. I personally see the vastly improved aura & pride in living, in a improved and safer environment. I wish that everyone would jump aboard, and truly see how wonderful this place is and will be.

I love my home and yard. It beautiful and cozy. This place has come a long way. The management it trying really hard to make this place wounderful. We just got our roads paved. Rent is great price. Nabor are friendly and respectful.

It says a lot when the park owners and managers put work into the property, and when I was there they had workers all over taking care of things. I've lived in to many places that the owner was just letting things fall apart. The manager Beverly is on top of things and is pleasant to work with.
