All these trucks and forklift guys hanging out in the corner for HOURS. No lie hours. Guy next to me had a 10 am apt time and I got there for a 1 apt time at 1130. Unloaded 5 hrs later and that’s only because they close at 4.

Waited over 6 hours to get unloaded. Forklift drivers were barely moving at all. Over a dozen trucks still waiting to be unloaded. After getting unloaded the guard shack said there is an issue with the my paperwork so now I am waiting again. Should not be like this at all multi billion dollar business.

Avoid taking a load here at all cost. This is one of the slowest places I’ve ever been to. Made my appointment time at 7 and it’s 10am and I’m still not unloade. Unloaded trucks before me and all.. never taking this load again,just wasting my clock

7 hours to get empty.
Nobody cares about your ELD.
Forklift operators just waisting your time, trying to hide somewhere between trailers and having conversation instead of doing a job.
No portable restrooms.
Avoid comming to this place if you possibly can.

I arrived 3 minutes past the appointment and was told that I was being placed on a queue of 11 Trucks for that reason. At first I thought it was due to being late, but later found out that one of those trucks in queue had an earlier appointment that morning and they made him leave the premises and come back for being unloaded at 6:00 PM. After all I waited for about 4 hours. Communication was poor. Is one of those places you don’t want to return at all.

the appoitmen time it dosent work appoitment 8.00 am and almost 10 and not one coming, in the distribution center of home depot they do a better job about the appoitmen time so i dont like this place to do delivery its 11.00 am still waiting

If you or your company love to live/ drive dangerously or you love to redo everything they do, then this is the place for you! Been going here for years. They always put products over rails so that u cant get strap hooks in and they must have never played tetris before because their stacking skills are horrible. I'd quit coming here if I could.

Two stars just because the crew was nice.

Got here 30 mins before the appt time, checked in and got sent to the staging area in the back. Nearly 2 and a half hours later, still sitting around. Other trucks have been here before us so who knows how long they’ve been waiting. I guess this place is still being built but come on. No movement, no updates. Nothing.

Update: after 5 1/2 hrs. We go to leave and they say the paperwork isn’t ready for us to leave? What were you doing in that time? Crosswords?
