They are prejudice. When I was involved with their garden that was supposedly a "community" garden, myself and my sister exp unbelievable discrimination by the executive director and other staff members. I filed complaints with the councilman, mayor and his wife. You know how that turned out. I wasn't aware of other complaints I could have filed. But I know now.
