I’ve been working with this team at this building for a year now to ensure myself and my toddler. I have yet to get any of the information cards necessary for my son to get seen. The dentist won’t see us, regardless of our emergency dental needs because I have not yet received these cards. I went into the office in multiple times in person And even brought my mother as my advocate. I’ve also called more times than I can count but I’ve only been met with a robot.

Well they can't help homeless people from what they told me over the phone the programs are now closed I have tried for 9 yrs now & the answer is always No but they do have a new name & a new building with brand new co cars for employees to drive and check us homeless out(to make sure we dont collect any aluminum cans because that's extra income & they will take your food card money for that (BAD HOMELESS PERSON) TRYING TO MAKE SOME MONEY yea they enjoy there job kicking people 1 at a time further down for trying to get back up here's to you inhumane service or new social slavery oops services persons YOURJOB IS TO HELP PEOPLE NOT HURT THEM DO YOU GET IT ! HELP NOT HURT.

My information was purposefully input work, causing me to lose important medical coverage. It has been months calling and going in the office and they never fixed it. It seems like sabotage against citizens. On top of that, no one ever answers any of the phones. It’s really inconvenient for those of us who are still working.

I would have to disagree with the last few reviewers, I was impressed with the kindness of the crew here beginning with officer Caldwell at the door. I came in to inquire about a translator job and everyone treated me with respect. You guys are good people serving a lot of citizens with a relatively small team. Thank you. ps. The government phone number (listed) rings into the Los Angeles office and not at local level. ( for those who say that this office does not answer the phone)

Slow, no one answers the phones, but when you go into the office everyone's talking amongst themselves when you go into the back.

I visited this location today in the afternoon and was extremely disappointed. The receptionist (guy) was very rude and unaccommodating. They didn't explain the situation fully and came off as very cocky. Despite being a regular for several weeks, they haven't been able to help me out. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location. The service here is terrible. Don't waste your time

This place takes forever and everyone here either has their clothes pulled up too high or their clothes are too small or their eyelashes are 3" Not to mention no one looks in the mirror before they leave their house Half the people here are in Pj's
For the staff they're pretty helpful very nice
