This place is awesome. My kids have a spring swimming class, and they enjoyed it. They have 3 day and are all ready to know swimming, the staff is amazing, the swimming Instructor was super professional and wow I give 100% of satisfaction, Katie is my kids Instructor and she is totally awesome, congrats 👏 for having her on YMCA. Los Altos YMCA for my family is more than great 👍. I have friends how have their kids in swimming clases and other places since they born and they still do not how swimm, i surprised to see how in the first class with Katie, my kids get the confidence to let it be on the water and swimm. At the first session they just swimming and I got surprised.
My kids love it, so I do.

Been showering at local ymca's thru out the country on our trip until we get to this Special YMCA which doesn't allow you to unless your a member $15 a head to shower and would not allow us to use our out of state Ymca membership. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPECIAL YMCA

Great little local Y.
Sufficient weight room, stretching area and pool. Not the biggest or the best but convenient..no frills, but just what you need

They have been great but for the summer program they left the kids outside all day, for spring break they had them in the bungalow

I was there on 4/8/21. Awful, rude and old building. The staff has no idea what they are doing. I would recommend going to the Lakewood location

Was so delighted to meet Sarah and Sam at the Los Altos Y today. Had some tricky membership details to work out and they couldn't have been more patient, knowledgeable, welcoming and charming. They made us feel right at home, were extremely encouraging ... really went the extra mile to make some suggestions that really helped us out. Can't speak highly enough of their customer service. We already loved the facility but these two cinched the deal. Truly exceptional and sincere people.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this YMCA. All the staff here are simply amazing. Extremely friendly and welcoming. We love the baby swim lessons, the different types of group workouts and workout equipment. We recommend this spot to everyone 🙂 Thanks Sarah for all you do!
