Almost hesitant to post this for fear of the class becoming too crowded lol. My latest delight at the center, has been the yoga classes for seniors. They are provided by yoga for all, a non-profit whose mission is to bring yoga to those who otherwise would not have access to it, they even facilitate classes at youth detention centers and prisons. My kind of people! The London Nelson center is truly a gift to our community. They have many affordable and wonderful classes and services, if you are new to the area you owe it to yourself to check it out.

Great place to rent out space. Was a little confusing upon arrival because there was caution tape without a visible sign on how to enter. Overall, I was impressed with the room that was rented and the access to a kitchen. Although the space is expensive to rent, at least I know of a good option available in town.
