The board of directors at Lincoln Village Homeowners Association run it as if it was their personal apartment complex as they exempt themselves from following the governing documents of the HOA.

Directors: Orest Tataryn, Derick Olson, Rich Boyce and Nancy Johnson are lazy, arrogant and dishonest. They were just sued for negligence and fraud in Santa Clara Civil Court - case # 20CV365866
