I live here for more than 15 years and see neighbors come and go. I like the amenities and all the fun things they offer at the club house but keeping the neighborhood nice and clean is bad. Rules exist but it seems not to everyone too many violations I can count on a walk trough my neighborhood and it seems like nothing is taking care. And if I have a family reunion for my kids they go over board even calling police. So it has good things and bad but for a place like this with HOA I will think people understand about policies , care more and having a better place to live.

4 pools (1 kids, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool) and kids fountain area. Indoor basketball, 2 huge workout rooms, TV room (5 TVs), pool table, air hockey, event center with huge kitchen, 2 5 burner stoves, 2 huge fridges. Onsite staff are great.

All this for $118 a month and fiber internet at your house....

Great community. Lovye the clubhouse and pools. Great for families of littles! Also a cute place to throw a pool party.
