If I could give a - no stars! SLUM Management for the poor n uneducated.
Linc Hs do the great charity to build just passing with inferior Material shelters falls apart with in 3 years, to the tune of Government 5.1 million dollars, (don't take my word, look it up.) Latest the entire building on Lucas lost power.
There was no safe way in or out,
you couldn't open the the garage gates to get out n no safe way for a handicap persons living 0n the 7th floor to excite.
When A real fire or emergencies happens they will NOT be surviving!! Oh did I mention they have listening devices in all the apt disguised as fire alarms? set of one or 2 times a month just annoying loud speaker,there has been Bla bla ( none cease for 15 minutes.) I'm writing this review not because it will do any good but for a digital foot print due to there unethical practices

Great organazation really the beef is bottom line slum landlord .....yep i was with out electricity 2 weeks everyday they gave a different story they act like the goverment does not pay market value for their unites pluss all the donations they recieve its not charity by a long shot
