The employees at the Life Care Treasure Valley are true professionals. Deidre, Bailey, Tisha, Bonnie, Maria - amongst so many others - welcomed Mom with genuine compassion and attention. They provided linens so my sisters and I could share our last moments with Mom overnight. The entire team is friendly and focused. We are so appreciative of the human and technical aspect of end of life care.

I made my first visit to my cousin who is a fairly new resident last week. I was impressed with the facility and with all the staff I interacted with. I can tell my cousin is well-cared for and she likes and is liked by the staff who care for her. The staff I met were friendly with residents and visitors alike.

Mom is happy with the responsiveness of the staff. I am grateful to Gwyn for taking matters into her own hands !! She hung the privacy curtains mom had asked for yesterday. The shuttle driver was great! Sherrie was wonderful, she listened to my concerns about mom and helped my greatly. Mom thinks Cheyanne is super. Looking forward to getting on Jason's list for her PT. Nice clean facility. Kind people. Thanks.

I would like to thank the staff at Life Care Center of Treasure Valley for the care they are showing my wife. Even though she has been there for a very short time, everyone is very kind and caring and is explaining exactly what they will be doing to speed up her recovery. I couldn't ask for a better place or better staff to look after my wife.
My wife returned once again. She was treated with great care and respect the first time, so it was an easy choice to return here once again. Everyone is as caring as before. Very nice staff.

My grandpa has been here as a rehab patient and now in long term care. Their sign in is fairly quick and easy. If you’re there while staff is not at the desk, it’s a little confusing, but once you get the hang of it, there are no issues.

There are a lot of amenities along with daily activities. We utilized the private family room on Christmas Day, which was clean and nice.

The staff is nice and the ones he sees on a regular basis are kind. The only reason I mark down a star is because there tends to be a lack of communication between different shifts. I know that there are difficulties in staffing in any rehab as well, so I’m sure that’s a contributor to it.

If you’re looking for rehab or long term care, this facility would be a great choice.

Visited Kathleen Mendiola and found everything clean and tidy. On the way to her room saw sone fun little sitting and eating rooms. Her caregiver came in and she was happy and delightful.
