Liberty was a great experience. I meet great people that have over come their addictions and got a hold of theirs lives.. Not only that! They showed me how they did it and what works for them and in that process they helped me. They have awesome staff that are caring, loving and most of all understanding! In a judge free zone! That's what helped the most! I can go on and on about this place! I give it 5 star experience specially since they helped me get my life back on track.

I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my father's experience at Liberty House. While I acknowledge that there were impactful moments during his stay, I was both saddened and angered to discover that one of the leading therapists chose to personally demean and attack my father, who was receiving care for alcoholism. It is highly unprofessional and inappropriate for her to have violated HIPAA regulations by contacting family members with misleading information, attempting to alienate us from him. His family was the very support system he needed to understand the true circumstances in order to assist him effectively. Furthermore, she reached out to the wrong family members and consistently used language that belittled my father. This facility should be focused on empowering individuals to reclaim their lives, not exploiting those who are vulnerable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and believe that the head therapist, Monica, requires more supervision and training in managing anxiety and supporting individuals in recovery from addiction. It is evident that she lacks the ethical standards and knowledge necessary to address anxiety appropriately.

I just picked up my son from the program. I want to thank the Staff and the owners for what they are doing here. We almost lost our son, but now we have some hope and direction. It wasn’t easy and won’t be easy for him and for us, but we have somewhere to start. Thank you Monica for your work with us in Family Therapy sessions. I attended my first Alanon meeting today and although it was tough, it was eye opening. I now realize that Alcoholism is a family disease. I didn’t cause it, and I can’t cure it. I am alumni of Liberty House. My experience at liberty house was divine By the grace of God lord Jesus. For the betterment of my life. The staff are phenomenal and a blessing to have in my life. With out doubt this is the best decision in my life. Not only to change my ways but then to also be embraced by extended family of liberty house. Filled with genuine love, support and care. By doing so I change my thought process and past ignorant ways of the life. I am so grateful but a grace of God Lord Jesus to have come here. I truly feel it was synchronicity that I made the decision by his will (GOD) to do so in helping me to get on the right track for my life. For those who are seeking and willing to surrender their negative pass ways. This is the right place so much more than just a house but a home of true sobriety.

My experience in dealing with the CEO and staff at Liberty House has been nothing but completely enlightening, comforting and professional. Liberty House recovery is one of the top, most safe, ethical, and evidence based treatment centers I have ever had the honor of interacting with. Each individual client is treated with kindness and respect. The treatment they receive is very personalized and the staff go out of their way to provide comfort and person centered care. I can just say that if I needed to send my own child to treatment, Liberty House is where I would send them in a heartbeat! I am so grateful to the amazing CEO for all she has done for so many individuals and their families during the treatment process.
