Worst company management to rent from they will keep all your deposit and make any excuses to keep it all even tho when they turn in rhe apartment to you and show proof of how it was turned into you. They dont care of any of you proof they will charge you anything and everything they can so you can be left with nothing!!! Even after waiting 4 months after to my move out to get my deposit simply the worst experience!!

I watched an elderly woman who is disabled and with section 8 unable to renew her lease and was forced out of her home of nearly 8 years. This was done by this managment company….

The individual who lived there has an excellent credit rating and consider the age of the home, it was well maintained. They did not give a reason for not renewing her lease. Imagine finding out that this management company does not know how section 8 works and the laws that protect individuals from such actions. Imagine ousting a senior citizen who is disabled, a section 8 recipient and just wanted a place to live peacefully. Horrible company, horrible business morals and ethics. Buyer, renter, beware.

Wow! Having to move within 60 days from one city to another can be very stressful BUT not with Ruthie she made the process so smooth and stress free when my family and I moved into a LCL property. BUT…again we had to move but this time no 60 day. Ruthie again showed her expertise and professionalism making this move even more stress free. We even receive our entire deposit back in full by being compliant with all request. This is a company I would refer 10 times over. My family and I are very appreciative to all the staff at LCL.

LCL staff has been great! I rely on them to take applications, screen prospective tenants, and handle all direct communications with the tenants. Their inspection, move-out, and move-in, and repairs coordination keeps vacancies brief and helps make sure that my family is maximizing the return on our rental property. Great value!
