I have had the absolute pleasure of living at Lakeview Village Apartments for over 2 years. For the amenities it offers, the rent price is very competitive, the view of the lake and the setting sun is beautiful and management is AMAZING. Anything I have needed was taken care of right away the few times I have needed anything specific due to maintenance. They keep up the property, which always looks beautiful.

A couple reviews mentioned how it would be better if the complex was gated. If they had spoken with management they would know that the complex is indeed being gated. The plans are in the hands of the city and awaiting final approval. It’s an example of how they listen to their renters.

I understand some people have had issues with parking but I have never had an issue. There is a covered spot for every single apartment...most of the time people have an issue is when they have two or three cars.

My neighbors have been very polite and friendly and if there ever is an issue that affects the whole apartment complex the management takes care of it right away.

I wouldn't want to rent any other place in Stockton.

With having Steph in the office to help make this process as easy as possible. Made our move that much more easier. The process was seamless and very fast ! Only thing that has made our move hard is I cant get my couches inside LOL but no biggie . Our view of the lake is breathtaking and is so peaceful! Thank you Steph for making our move as easy as possible ! You put in the works to make us feel right at home .

Welcomed my wife and I with literally open arms, we felt so at home and honored to be part of this warm family here. Moved to Lakeview village apartments on March 10 2023, I have lived here for like around 6 month and can’t wait for my lease to be over. my sister and I pay 2k rent is (not worth it), struggles not gated we have security no were to be found, when vehicles getting broken into,no cámaras, in 6 months I’ve seen a lot,.August 30,2023 my car got broken into talked to manager Steph, nothing happened said to fill out a report for future reference she said you can park your vehicle at the front of the office then walk to your apartment so your car can be safe and what about me? My safety.
Then my brothers car got hit in less than two months we spent 2,500 to pay the damages
Steph said She couldn’t do much more for me, I called the Garibaldi company didn’t even help me out, stockton is bad but that place is horrible.,
Don’t recommend this place

Maintenance always takes care of the issue the same day if possible - there is no "going without" at LVV - at least in my own personal experience.

Management is very nice. Giraballdi Corporation will raise rent prices to the maximum amount each year. Rental units are extremely over-priced for Stockton area, with little to no amenities. Cars do get broken into from time to time. There is no security on site as advertised. The installation is very poorly installed and can become very costly each season. Water and garbage bill fluctuations ridiculous amounts each month. It has been over 21 days and I still have not received my deposit ( Which by Law in California is illegal) I kept the apartment in very decent condition. I was advice I should be receiving my security refund soon. In which I have been patient, but now has been over 21 days. Management is super nice and professional. I will miss the water and feeding the ducks, and being close to eatery.
