I Have been bringing my family and myself to Lakeside Community for the past 13 years! I have nothing but praise and hands down to all the Doctors in this office! Dr Qozi Habash (primary) Dr. Carmen Slavo and the list goes on caring and understanding easy to communicate with. The staff at front desk is always welcoming! Especially, Magdalena she always gives me referrals for my moms care on Diabetes or her insurance when I’m having trouble she takes time to explain. I just personally want to thank you all for the great 😊 work!!!

I came to this location to see a dermatologist since my primary care doctor referred me to her over someone else that I originally pick. I been to the building the dermatologist is at before at quest diagnostic for my blood work. The parking situation here is not the best but also not the worst. You'll just have to pay for parking unless you park on the street if you find a spot. My dermatologist was great, the visit was only like 10 minutes so basically the whole time I was there was around 20 minutes. The elevator in the building also don't take you to P2 so if you park there like I did, you'll have to take it to P1 then walk to the stairs to go to P2. My dermatologist was in suite 315 and the building only has 2 elevators.

I would avoid this. I had an appointment just to get my prescriptions renewed when I changed insurance. They said on the phone it was covered by insurance and no extra payment was needed. They repeated that information in person when I asked if there was any cost I'd have to pay for. I got a bill in the mail of over $100 just to send prescriptions to the pharmacy. The building is very old and there's no option but to pay for parking when you arrive. Front desk and overall service seemed fine, and they do answer the phone - but the surprise bill just makes this place absolutely untrustworthy. Avoid.

I have received the best service every time I call and speak to the front staff lady named Marlene. She always has a caring voice and goes above and beyond to try to get you a quicker appointment and address and concerns to the Doctor and appropriate departments prior to my visit. She definitely gives 110% !!!! Thank you Marlene for always going above and beyond your title. Love having you at my doctors office. You are a great asset to Lakeside.

Dr Voleti and her team are wonderful. My boys love seeing Vivana and Lydia every time we visit! My twins have been in such great care since we switched to Dr Voleti. She really cares about my babies and I can count on her to always be available for any questions or concerns. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a pediatrician and her supporting staff. If I could give 10 stars I would!
