Lake Wildwood is a wonderful place to live . I have been here since 2018. I love the amenities and social events. Concerts, clubs, fireworks, parties, parks, lake and people. My only complaint is the board and the fact they can’t keep a General Manager. We have been through 4 in 6 years. I heard it’s because they can’t work with the board. I really don’t know. It is a hard job I guess with having almost 3000 homes and all the amenities. I feel we are moving forward, slowly . We are finally going to get a dog park after a lot of push and pull from residents. I still feel like I live in paradise.

Two weekends in a row we had two different events held at the community center. It was a great space to have a gathering. And the views out the back were awesome!

It's a beautiful lakeside marina and community center but, I believe that permission is needed to enter the area. It looks like a private community.

We love this place!!! The pool is absolutely amazing. There is a large pool Where children and adults can swim. The kid pool is our favorite. It is never too busy there’s a lifeguard who sits right next to it. The water is always perfect temperature. Tickets deep enough that my four-year-old can swim but can also stand up with no problems. My only complaint is the children aren’t allowed to wear Coast Guard approved wings of any sort in the pool. Every year on Fourth of July they put on an amazing picnic it’s like something you’d see in a movie. Hotdogs, nachos ,water balloon toss, sack races, clean family fun. Fourth of July they do fireworks at night that are absolutely fabulous. This place is just amazing.

I've lived here 3 months and I'm just not sure I'll try to do another review in 3 months... Fast forward 1 year later--I'm outta there. TOOK A BIG LOSS ON SELLING MY ENTRY-LEVEL $300K HOME. Be careful and WISE, even an experienced Real Estate Broker like me was fooled by the low prices of homes here. The HOA is the BIGGEST issue--TOO MUCH OVERHEAD, poorly qualified staff and the RESTAURANT is an embarrassment to friends and family visiting.

It's hot as balls down here,(106°) and it's a dry heat. The H.O.A. wants their annual payment in a check! Can't pay online. I can't use my debit card. They want checks, you know those things you used in the 90s?
