I love this place - but they are doing a terrible Job in communicating there opening hours. 1 out of 3 times I go it's closed without putting that online and on Google.
They have a ton of staff but don't use that to it's full potential. For example 3 people selling tickets + 2 at the reception + 4 in the coat checks..

Great location for events. The only issue I had was you have to use their approved vendor list if you are serving breakfast or lunch for your event.

I went to Ms Conference Center. I had a nice room for a conference and the rest of your nearby. They had a nice little area outside to eat lunch.
