Nurses and doctor were very helpful and friendly. Thank you!! The front desk lady, the one that starts at 7PM (2nd shift)was RUDE and VERY grouchy…..she absolutely needs trainings on how to be more compassionate and sympathetic in the field she works in.

I don't usually do reviews, however, I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and helpful the nurses and doctor were in the ER last night. My elderly dad has been to plenty of ERs, and we've had some bad experiences. So I want to publicly thank them for their kindness. They kept me informed, worked efficiently on the release, and three of them helped get my dad from the wheelchair into my car, smiling the whole time! Thank you!
The front desk person was not as impressive... but luckily I didn't have to be with her long.

For being the middle of the Memorial Day weekend, it wasn’t too bad! Dr. Samuel Saelee and his staff were Awesome! They all were very professional, but friendly! They made you feel comfortable, while you’re in pain! This ER staff are Great!! You are lucky to have them!

Such an excellent experience under terrible conditions. Every doctor and nurse was kind and caring. You could tell that they truly cared about your health and recovery. They made sure I understood exactly what was happening so I could make informed decisions about my treatment. If a family member needed care, I wouldn't hesitate to go to La Palma Hospital. A community hospital through and through

The staff was extremely kind. The admitting, the nurses and doctors. I was in a car accident and everyone treatment me with kindness and addressed my concerns. I couldn’t stop crying and the nurses, doctors and admitting clerk all were kind to me and working to help me calm me down. I cannot express how wonderful of an experience I had. I am a cancer patient and all I can say is compared to the care I’ve received in other places this has surpassed other experiences. Thank you! I was seen Friday may 9th around 4pm. Thank you to all the staff.

It was a great experience. The hospital is so clean. I was amazed. I have known La Palma Hospital for years. Retired from the City of La Palma. But this will be our place to go from now on. The nurses were especially terrific. Crystal, Savannah, Samantha, Rebecca, Cory were wonderful.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, NEVER BRING THEM HERE. As an RN who has been to this hospital multiple time, i would not trust any of my family in this place. They let my friend's mom sit in the ER with a brain tumor for 2 days before doing anything or even trying to transfer her anywhere that is competent enough to take care of her. They had to sign out AMA just to get surgery the same day at another hospital. Even the ER nurse that took care of her recommended to take her out AMA because even the staff knows how much of a dump this place is! I hope this place closes down so ambulances never have to take anyone here ever again!
