I would strongly recommend to find a different center. Maria, the clerk that works there, is very rude, and difficult to work with. When I showed up today the door was locked, but I could see her sitting in the back. I knocked, but she did not respond. I think she could not hear me, so I knocked on the window –no answer. Again, she was not responding, so I walked around to knock on her window –and again no answer!
Then she called me on my cell phone and said “I am very very very very very rude and she would like to come out and slap me….”
She said she would not open the door, and she would not help me… and then she hung up the phone.

Employees did not efficiently communicate policy then lied about conversation. Not trustworthy and inefficient employees. Cost us money due to their error. Go somewhere else.

Just be nice (Stay Cool) and these ladies will help you out. Its Labor ... Never a good resaon to volunteer but... When you have too... This isn't a bad spot to do Community Labor and/or Service.
