Every time I come into this office I know I'm going to get taken care of correctly. Every time I go into a different office 98% of the time into other offices they mess up my case. This office the supervisor at this office which she's been a supervisor there for many years now is just an amazing person she's very helpful she's very nice and I really appreciate her help. They always take care of me correctly in this office they're very fast efficient and they're all very understanding towards your needs and wants. Play always work very promptly to get things done quickly and correctly. Honestly I think this is the best office I've ever been into and I've been into many.

To simply say that this office is inadequate is an insult to the inadequate. If employees were trying to piss you off on purpose they couldn’t have done any better. Common sense, social decorum are totally absent.

First, to ensure that people waste their time and energy, they don’t check the documents uploaded to their portal. Then when you finally get a hold of them on the phone to alert them, you get transferred several times, of course with each time you having to verify yourself fully, then you get told “please stay with me for a minute” and then a hang up in the middle of their jingle. You tell yourself “no problem. They’ll call me back since they verified my number “in case we get disconnected”” Right? Wrong! You call again and after 1 hour and a half of waiting you still don’t know what’s up. Are they resuming on checking? What’s the outcome?

In the case that the right outcome is done by Monday in which case they don’t make me go through the same torture I’ll consider removing this review.

Realistically -10k stars...

●Personal Phone calls holds:
- longest call that got me no where was 1hr 48mins then got hung up on the moment someone picked up. Not to mentioned I'd never get calls back now I gotta start all over again...
I once called at 3:24pm to get picked up at 4:42pm & they said "we close at 5pm we wont have time..." bruh what you mean? I called so much earlier that there was time... ?

●Most personal Call attempts for food stamps:
- I've called over 37 times (stayed by my phone data of calls) within 3 months to sort out why they keep canceling my food stamps...?

●Personal Redirection confusion:
- The amount of times I got redirected by one worker telling me "yes your all good & ready to go!" Just to have paper work come in the mail a month later stating " we're discounting your Eligibility starting last month " like wft is that

●Self service uselessness:
- the amount of times I got frustrated talked to an AI that seems to want to protect the other workers from never allowing me to chat with other humans. The menue just leads me in circles to offer me a human to talk to, just to be turned around by stating "nah they're busy enough to not put you on a waiting or call back list please hang up"?

●Going in person:
- the amount of times I got fed up on call just to go in person cause you know they can't refuse to see me when I personal can stop them & have them acknowledge me now... you'd think right?
HAIL NA.... they still bypass my need of help by statung you didn't bring this info or that, after being told the paper work I needed to bring & brought it, now there's more you left out they could have said before I left

This...is...ridiculous. some professionalism this company has. I don't even treat my clients for my work for this.

As always, government employees are not very friendly. After waiting in line for about an hour, I didn't get a decent answer to my question. I don't know why I think they can help. I was given a vague explanation and was given a copy of a pamphlet directing me to a website. DUH! I'm going to have to figure out my issue on my own. Complete waste of time. So disappointing ? ? ?.

The staff is great specially the Lady that attended me last at the cash aid window. Greatest service and support from this beautiful Lady. As beautiful as the help and support. Thank you.!!!

If you go online and bring the required documents it will make the process go faster. If you don't have it that day or not sure what you need, they will let you know. You can bring it another day or upload it yourself.
