Marco Ruiz is right. They removed me off the list. In 2020. The reason? I didn't reapply in time. Apparently the rules changed without notice in 2019. I was #15. I have to reapply. I'm considering gathering multiple claimants for filing a lawsuit against the LUPZ. Cause I know I'm not the only one. Maybe we can complain to DOI. Or DOGE.

Horrible service for our community. They are not qualified to do their jobs. I've waited for them to reply to a pending case for 9 months now. We have tried to email and call them, but they don't reply. Gila River should consider hiring qualified people to do these jobs. Our community deserves so much better.

Update: They finally called back, just to inform us that we have to start this process all over again. Not only did they failed to do their job, but now they are penalizing us for it.
