Just wanted to say thank you for taking care of my friend’s mom and keeping her at peace from chaos of family members and protecting her. A patient has rights no matter how old or young, to be kept safe. Working in a facility is hard work and I commend the staff for their dedication to care for the elderly when it isn’t easy. They need around the clock care and sometimes family members can not do it. So thank you to the staff there.

This place is terrible. We took my grandma there and they give meds at random times it’s never scheduled. The food they give is not cooked all the way. THEY DO NOT GIVE ENOUGH WATER. A patient is screaming throughout the day and the staff just laughs at her. The staff is rude when we ask for things for my grandma because they actually have to do their job. They don’t give her the pills needed and say that there is nothing they can do. The rules change randomly. I talked to other patients while with my grandma in the dining room and they don’t like it either. They take so long to answer the call button. A terrible place to send your family any other facility she has been in is better than this. Never send them here

UPDATE: Now that they saw this review they said I am banned and can no longer see my grandma. That’s unbelievable and not legal at all but they don’t want to talk or even acknowledge that what I said was the truth.

My father was put into Kingburg care center which helped the family to be close to him and for his physical therapy in December 2023. January 2024 his cancer worsen we then placed him in hospice. He got great care from the hospice nurses and the facility nurses and all the staff while he was residing in Kingsburg care Center My dad was taken great care and always when I called him or when I visited him he always had a nice word to say. He has now passed away. But from our family to Kingsburg Care Center we thank you for your courteous and caring care you all gave to our dad and made him comfortable to the end

I’m so grateful to this facility. My dad was treated here for almost a month and the team was excellent. They really helped him get stronger and called me daily with updates. Even after discharge they would still call to check on him. The social worker, Ralph, helped me everyday to help me find the proper care he needed after discharging. I’m so glad we had the support of this team to help us during this rough time.

My mother is at the KCC and my mother has shared how the staff is so nice, friendly and supportive. She mentioned she feels safe and secure being there. Mom also mentioned how she likes the respect of other residents and how friendly they are with her. The staff gets involved with her decisions. If any reviews that are negative about the KCC, that is because those individuals are dealing with their own issues and grievance in another form. It makes me happy to know that my mother is happy & safe at the KCC. A big shout out to the staff and administrator. Thank you-daughter of resident.

As a person who has worked in the medical field for many years in all aspects of health care as well as in nursing facilities, hospitals, and Hospice in private care as well. Families of the patient, resident, and loved one do not understand it takes patience and understanding not only for their loved one but for themselves and the staff to help and support the entire process. Many times families are grieving (anticipatory grief) their loved one who is slipping away. So no facility will do justice in their eyes. Nobody is perfect. We are all human beings who deserve respect and grace, especially during their loved one’s time of need. Often people focus on the most minimal of circumstances because they cannot deal with their own pain. As a daughter who can speak from both aspects. I can assure you of this. It takes a Village. It takes Trust and Kindness. Patience and understanding accepting that change is evident. Families play a crucial role in their loved one's continued well-being for the sake of the dignity of their loved one, especially when it may be the last time they see them. It should be without disruption, Chaios, and disrespectful actions. Let's do better let's be better. KCC has effectively demonstrated the best care with the utmost respect for my mother always giving us reports on her status throughout the day while dealing with unnecessary family dynamics. My mother has developed good friendships with other residents as well as KCC staff members and Administrators. I highly recommend KCC. My mother is happy there and that's what it should be all about. If you're looking for a home away from your loved one although it might be a tough decision searching for a safe environment, KCC is it! Thank God we found a wonderful place for our beautiful mother.

Maritssa Nery is just a mad hostile teenage great grand daughter of my grandma who is residing at KCC. She got banned long before the review for having a bad attitude. I have not had a bad experience with any of the staff. The staff is just tired of my messed up family.

This has been happening for the past 3 MONTHS tried to give my mom the wrong meds when I WAS THERE. They then acted like it was nothing. When I asked to put a camera they got scared and started coming up with things. Asked to check the cameras since my moms things were going missing and they didn’t care. Now they are trying to stop us from going since we tell them things we notice like the wires all over the floor. Going to an attorney to sue at the moment. NEVER AGAIN
