I had a bad experience there however a wonderful employee turned it around and I am thankful. Not only did he turn around the uncomfortable situation i was in but he helped me in the most respectful and caring manner. Thank you Juan Carlos you are an asset to KCAO they need more people like you.

Thanks to all of the staff there, they are all so wholesome welcoming. I would like to shout-out to/Juan Carlos as to my first time experience has been grand. one of their drivers just pulled out from the hanford armona road (armona location) with a white f-150 without seeing that I'm coming. Has expired plates for 2 years now (735 last three numbers on that truck) Didn't care for others on the road where other drivers need to slam on their brakes. Horrible drivers come out of this location everyday!

They gave the impression that they would help that did not happen. All they did was play little mind games . Not too sure I would recommend these guys to any body for that matter. They said they could not accept my application even though I never turned it in to them . Looks like some of these people want to see others beg. My advice you can't count on people like this.

Horrible service, had an appointment at 1:30 I arrived and the clerk told me “she’s not going to see you because your late” I said I was scheduled at 1:30 and the clerk reply no she said 1pm and she made me wait 30 minutes and the lady that gave me my appointment came out n said she wasn’t seeing me because she had scheduled me at 1 which she didn’t, worst part it’s that she told me when there was other people there at the lobby waiting, they act like the help they give comes from their pocket smh I do not recommend this place at all!!!
