These apartments look really nice, but they are absolutely terrible. I stay here with my family and have had so many issues. We will be moving out soon from what I have heard... Thank goodness!

Absolutely worst apartments I have ever lived in. Did the initial walkthrough and found multiple issues that were going to be fixed before I moved in and they were not. My alarm code was supposed to be set up and was not. I paid for a garage and the garage had a torn and falling door seal that was supposed to be fixed and was not. I was told it was a 30 day notice of move out and last minute i was told it was a 60 day. So now i am required to pay for a month and a half of rent past my lease contract running out. So I will be paying nearly $2000 for absolutely nothing. Absolutely steer clear of this place. There is too many ghetto people who live here and ruin it for everyone else. I lived here for 1 month in between closing on houses. Paid for a 3 month lease(one month to move in, one month to live here, one month to move out) it has been nothing but issues. Never again.

I lived at this apartment complex from Aug 2022 thru June 2024. This marks my 2nd time living in this complex. My first time living here was Feb 2015 thru April 2021. I all around love it! Maintenance staff was professional and responsive; most Service tickets I placed were handled in < 24 hours. The online portal was easy to access to make monthly payments, see a detailed billing summary, place a Maintenance ticket, etc. There is ample parking for residents and guests. Location is the best selling point. This complex is perfectly situated near fast food, a pharmacy, grocery store, hardware store, school, vet office... Loved my time living at this complex.

From the time I’ve stepped on this property a few weeks ago to today during my walk-thru for my new place, Katie and the staff at Keystone have been simply amazing! My family and I have found a place to call home. Can’t wait to take a dip in the pool and make an honest attempt at getting back in shape in the gym onsite. Looking forward to throwing some dogs and burgers on the grill soon. Katie is the absolute best office staff worker and she can stop by for dinner anytime! We’re finally home and happy about where we’re at. Thanks Keystone!

Was going to have my wife's birthday party, i would be embarrassed for anyone to see what it looks like in the gazebo, down by the children's playground. Someone took charcoal out and marked up the whole area. I have lived hear for 1.5 years, was vetted thoroughly before moving in. It has become dump, trash everywhere, glass in the pool, marked up areas that look like project areas and tents that don't care about what the place looks like. I

Lived there for a year. Over priced and staff does not communicate. They dont let you pay cash for rent and only accepted certified checks. As a person with 2 jobs I was hardly ever there. Told them several times that their after hour drop box was to full for me to put the rent check in. Stopped there every night and no change. Couldn't put my fit the rent check in. They charged me late fees. Also trash constantly on the premises. Loud music at the pool on weekends. When I went to move out I sent them a notice as soon as I secured a new place. Moved out and 7 months later they put $1,300 against my credit for a month I didn't even live there. I notified them and bc I was working so much never made it to the office to fill out "proper paperwork " so now left with a bill and damage on my credit. They never in 7 month reached out in any way to let me know. Dont move here!!!
