Not impressed with friendliness, or help on issues I’ve addressed. Not receptive to new activities or ideas. I’ve been hung up on phone calls by ignorant non caring staff.
PS. Always bring your own water cup or container; rationing cups. They told me cups fall down, so they have a shortage?
PPS. Honestly not friendly staff; seldom if ever smile or ask how’s your day going?
I almost get the impression that they don’t enjoy their job.
They don’t consider many seniors live alone, no family.
Maybe few friends or neighbors that acknowledge their existence. Being alone in this me me world, is extremely depressing.
Slow miserable death!

Me and my youngest son always stop in to get flyers about current events being held and classes. They always have a ton of options for activities and little classes for kids. He loves it. Hes done crafting classes, gymnastics classes and more! Great spot to socialize the little ones. He loves having something to do while his big brothers are at school.

I started attending here as Sandals Church Menifee is held here on Sundays, but I'll review the Senior Center itself. The staff we interact with are friendly and helpful, and they don't seem too put out by having a church occupying much of the space. They're friendly when answering community phone calls. There seem to be a lot of programs that they facilitate or refer to, and I'd really recommend it to any seniors or family members in the area looking for recreation or assistance programs. The grounds and building are well-kept and clean. They also rent out space for groups.

I'm a 65 year-old male. I went to the Cooling Center today to escape the extreme summer heat. The temperature in the room was so COLD, I couldn't stay very long.

Can someone please adjust the thermostat to a comfortable level? 78 or 79 degrees would have been perfect. Felt like 60 degrees Brrrrrr !

Otherwise, the Senior Center staff are friendly and accommodating.

The staff is very sweet and helpful. They have a variety of activities that can interest many people. I especially have enjoyed some of the movies they have shown. Love the heart and soul line dancing cllasses.

Staff overly critical of event. Continually hovering over the event and interfering with the activities. Repeatedly peeping in theough the windows and even threatened to shut down the event. They also displayed "artwork/paintings" in the event rooms for sale. Decorations and activities were limited due to this reason. Other than this, the facility has convenient parking and is well maintained.

I don't even know what family services assoc is! I went to the senior center in Menifee Monday because their was a grief group at 10am there. That group was good today. Lots of women. Many over 60. I'm on my 40s and I felt like it was not a waste of time for me. I rarely go since I'm working age. Others may be retired.
