Dr. Rangel is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, kind and has always made me feel comfortable.
However upon my last visit, his assistant Rochelle became argumentative about my responses to questions regarding my health history because she didn’t adequately review my chart. Rochelle also became increasingly loud during this interaction and I had my 1.5 month old daughter with me. I expressed my concerns with Dr. Rangel and he was very comforting and reassured me that would not happen again.

Dr. Billys was very nice. I liked her. My 15yo grandson, who was being treated, liked her. He has difficulty with appointments. She put him at ease, as best possible. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No complaints.

The place has always been clean. The front desk people have always been courteous to me. I see Dr Rangel as my primary doctor. Dr Rangel is a compassionate doctor who tries her best to get you to specialty doctors. The insurance system is too slow and takes forever a lot of the time. However, this is not Dr Rangel’s fault … she really does try her best to get you the care you need.

Dr Jamie told me a medication would be the best to treat my ADHD. He has history of what I already take and use. Made me do a drug test and 2 EKGs to just say no A MONTH LATER. Then his supervisor is a joke and no help at all. They will try every garbage medication and avoid or come up with excuses why you can't be on the actual medicine that will work. It's an absolute scam. Why would you make me do all that when you already know what I use Absolutely terrible. 0 stars if possible.

I like this doctor because they are really nice and they listen to my concerns. I never have a problem getting an appointment and they work with you if you need to change your appointment. The ladies at the front desk are really nice too. I go every 3 months to get my diabetes checked and they monitor blood pressure. I do have one complaint and that when you call I have to wait like 10-15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I hate calling for this reason. If this could be changed I would like that because I don’t have all day waiting for someone to answer.
