Went for the food bank and director was very rude . I have a family of 4 and we are registered and both days were turned away. Threw papers in my face and told me "you know how to read" and dismissed me like she was disgusting with what is supposed to be her job is to help families in need. Such a horrible way to treat people. She should be ashamed of herself.

Volunteer Susan and security guards demonstrate excellent customer service. Receptionist Lupe is rude. Director Liz Ross likes Lupe so much that she allows Lupe's rudeness to continue.

Front desk were helpful & friendly.
Security guard was professional & helpful. Nurse & Doctor was professional & very thorough checking my mom’s vision. They also have free parking .

Hello, when you enter Karsh, you will be greeted by a security woman who will take your temperature, take a photo of the back of your ID and take a photo of you so you have a sticker ID for verification. They offer a dentist and an optometrist. They have very clean bathrooms, a clean lobby, and respectful attendants. Thank you.

When I arrived the line for the pantry seemed as it were already 2.5 miles long. But when they started moving the line, I couldn't believe how fast I got my food.
