There was a mix up with no paperwork in the system to have blood work required prior to a procedure. Greg K. was extremely helpful in trying to contact the doctor. Greg worked on this for almost an hour. Fortunately he fixed everything for us. There are occasions when the elderly clients need a little more guidance. We received that. We are grateful to Greg K. for his hard and calm assistance.

This location is much better at efficiency over Simi Valley my home location. I was in and out in 15 minutes in Mission Hills!
Simi wait for Dr appointments and their pharmacy is running 45 minutes to over 1 hour! The pharmacy in Simi is the worse I’ve experienced in the 8 years I’ve gone there. The doctor is always an extra long wait time then rushed when you actually get in. I don’t understand this? The Simi Valley pharmacy has short hours of operation causing me to be late for work every month. My prescriptions MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON. Mail order doesn’t apply for certain medications.. Simis hours are working hours 9-5 extremely inconvenient when further out pharmacy are still open. I always feel like they believe none of us have full time jobs. Slow as molasses they shuffle about and are condescending at best. I have to apologize to my employer every month and am in jeopardy of being terminated.
Please fix that Simi location to be like the others..

Dr. Eipe, is very attentive, actively listens to my concerns and guides me in making the right decision for my overall wellbeing. Her nurse was very professional and attentive, helped me set up my appointments and had a great hand at giving me my flu shot. Didn't even feel it. Thank you both

My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, but I wasn’t seen until an hour later. When I finally saw the doctor, I felt like my concerns were being dismissed. I had to specifically ask for additional support and a potential follow-up. The doctor advised me to purchase a wrist brace over the counter, even though they had braces available in the office. When the nurse returned, she seemed confused when I asked about the brace and had to message the doctor for approval. The doctor then said I should buy one over the counter because my insurance doesn’t cover it, which is untrue. I believe the doctor could have been more attentive and proactive in offering me proper care instead of making me ask for options.

Dr.shant and Nurse Jazmin are ALWAYS such a pleasure to work with. Having them as my care team has made everything such a delight. Every time I have come in, I am greeted, cared for, heard, and attended too. There are many times where they have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable as well. they do their absolute best and are naturally caring people. I think they're in the right field and I can't imagine being seen by anyone else

Amelia checked my lab specimen in for me and no matter what it is (stool, in this case-yuck!!), she always greets us with a smile and a pleasant tone of voice!! That woman deserves a raise!! 🙂
