I absolutely loved my experience at Kaia! I only moved due to relocation for a job. Every single person on the Kaia team is a gem! From the management, to the leasing agents, to the cleaning and maintenance crew - everyone is very friendly, warm, considerate, and helpful. The community is new and very well kept. The shared spaces are always clean (they never smell like cleaning products - they have a very pleasant fragrance). The entire complex is tastefully designed and residents are respectful. I felt very safe the entire time I was there. It is a smoke-free community and if there is ever an issue, the Kaia management team resolves it quickly. If there is something that is convenient for you (for example, bringing the cardboard box bin to your apartment during your move-in), they will do whatever they can to accommodate you. The entire team is there to help make your experience pleasant and answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend joining the Kaia community!

I used to have doubts about luxury apartments because my previous experiences but Kaia totally changed my mind!! We’ve been having a wonderful experience living here! The leasing office staff (Eric, Ashley, and Shayla) are super friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we need. The apartment complex is consistently kept clean and well maintained. Chris from maintenance has been amazing—he’s efficient and easy to communicate with whenever we have a request, whether it’s mounting our TV or handling other maintenance needs. I highly recommend this place to those who are looking for a comfortable, well managed place to live in the area!

I visited the Kaia apartments yesterday for the first time, to enjoy a close friends event. We spent majority of our time in the beautiful club Lounge and the golf lounge and wow! Everything was so clean and very well decorated. This place has amazing amenities!! And the apartment unit itself is also very spacious, i loved the layout. There was a ton of room in the visitor parking garage and lots of restaurant, gas stations and stores near by in the neighborhood, such a great location!

I’ve been living here for a little over six months now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. From day one, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. Ashley, the leasing manager, is incredible – she’s approachable, professional, and always willing to help with any issues or questions. She really makes the whole experience seamless and stress-free.
The apartment complex itself is beautifully maintained. The staff does a fantastic job keeping everything clean and in perfect condition. I also want to give a special shout-out to Eric, Chris, and Shayla – they’re all amazing! Whether it’s handling maintenance requests or just being friendly faces around the complex, they really make a difference in making this place feel like home.
What I really appreciate is how convenient the location is. We can get all our errands done without needing to drive anywhere or just a short drive. That level of ease is hard to find and has made such a positive impact on our daily routine.
Overall, the community here feels safe and close-knit, and I love that there’s a perfect balance of quiet and activity. This has definitely become a place I’m proud to call home.

I’ve been a resident for over half a year now, and this place continues to exceed my expectations in every way. From the moment I moved in, Ashley, the leasing manager, has been nothing short of amazing. She’s always available, responds quickly, and genuinely goes out of her way to make sure residents feel valued and supported. You can tell she cares deeply about the community here.

The maintenance team and other staff are equally fantastic – they keep the property in immaculate condition, and any requests are handled with lightning speed. I also love how the complex is designed with pet owners in mind. The dog-friendly spaces are not only well-kept but thoughtfully arranged for both dogs and their owners to enjoy.

One of the best parts is the sheer convenience of living here. Everything from grocery stores to delicious restaurants, the vet, and even the dentist are just a short walk away. Running errands has never been easier! It truly makes life so much simpler and stress-free.

Beyond that, the sense of community here is truly special. Whether it’s chatting with neighbors or enjoying the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a place where you feel at home. I always feel safe and connected, and I’m so happy we chose to make this our home. Thank you KAIA apartments for the wonderful experience so far!

Kudos to Kaia team for their superb service. Thank you Eric, Ashley and Daniel for assisting us from the day we had our tour until we settled in. Very professional and genuine for their warmth welcome. Thank you also to Chris from the maintenance department for your assistance in mounting our TV and installing our ceiling fan. I also noticed that they have people who regularly clean the area.
I feel very safe and at peace here in our new apartment. They have legit security personnel who makes round every night. Just continue your wonderful service and all your tenants will be very satisfied in Kaia.

If your a person who wants professional customer service with direct answers then I would NOT recommend even bothering with this complex. They will flip on the price, say they will work w you on the move in date but then fail to disclose you will have to pay a higher rate if u want that later move in date . They will also flip flop on the promotions that they have available and will probably get a different answer from everyone at the leasing office. I left a messages to have the property manager Eric call me back. That was close to two weeks ago and have yet to hear from anyone at this complex.

The amenities and the cleanness of this property where what got me and my partner originally interested the complex but the lack of follow up and the indirectness’s has definitely been a deciding point on why me and my partner will NOT be renting from this complex.

I'm visiting from New York for an event my friends are hosting today, and I’ve been blown away by how amazing this apartment complex is. The first thing I noticed was how spotless everything is and how modern yet cozy the buildings feel. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. My friends’ apartment is spacious, filled with natural light, and the perfect spot for hosting. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, and I can see why they love living here. It’s such a welcoming, peaceful place—I wish I could stay longer!
